Both myself and my husband live in our four bedroom house. It is located just off the first exit for Bray in a quiet housing estate known as ‘ Little Bray’ in Co. Dublin, just 5 mins from a bus stop that brings you directly into Dublin City Centre in 45 mins, Blackrock dualcarriage way and Stillorgan. Both myself and my husband enjoy meeting new people and are always on hand to answer any queries you should have.

House rulesNon-smokers only please either inside or in the back garden and no loud music. No washing or wet towels to be left in room. Any wet towels or coats are to be placed on the line in the garden for drying. If at all possible to have showers before 9pm in the evening and finish cooking meals by 8pm as both myself and my husband get up early for work. No eating meals in the bedrooms.Feel free to use the kitchen for cooking and eating but not as an office or computer use.Please use bins provided for rubbish and turn off lights when not in use.Guests need to bring their own toiletries and towels. No overnight guests or visiting guests.No smoking inside or outside the house. Payment on arrival. I get up early for work so if possible not to arrive very late in the night please.Thank you.
