The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse with a private entrance. The location is excellent for those seeking contact with nature and want to be immersed in the hills of the Marche. It is mandatory to have a car as all services are within a 10-minute drive and there are no public services. My mother, my sister and my nephew live in the farmhouse, while I and my partner live in a house in Urbisaglia (a location near the farmhouse). The two-room apartment has everything a house can have, bathroom with shower, washing machine and bidet. Double bedroom and kitchen with TV, sofa, fridge, cooking utensils and pellet stove for the winter.
