To keep you perfectly cool, the entire home features fully insulated, raised ceilings, ceiling fans in every room and is surrounded by tall coconut trees providing subtle natural shade.. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable layout with two bedrooms, a dedicated office space (complete with wifi printer, circuit machine and necessary office tools) and one bathroom equipped with hot water (available in both the bathroom and kitchen). The true highlight of this property are the numerous covered outdoor spaces tailored for relaxation: • Front Tiled Terrace: Perfect for taking in day time ocean views or relaxing under cozy string lights at night. • Large Covered Rancho: An ideal backyard spot to admire the lush green hills, enjoy a yoga session or chat with the friendly neighboring cows! • Spacious Carport: Keeps your vehicle sheltered and cool. The property backs up to a massive, private pasture that rolls right down to the river. Guests are fully welcome to explore this beautiful natural area during their stay! While staying at Gingers&Jaguars, you will have full access to the entire house and property (with the exception of my personal bedroom).
