Enjoy a cozy stay in a charming Vancouver character home, just 300m from Commercial Broadway Skytrain Station, with excellent transit bus routes near by. This ground floor suite overlooks a lovely patio and garden, offering a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Your private bedroom is within a shared 2-bedroom suite. I share my home with a large, gentle, affectionate dog who loves cuddles and meeting new friends. My hope is that you feel welcome, comfortable and right at home! Enjoy your own cozy, private bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, wardrobe, dresser, and dedicated workstation. Room-darkening drapes help create a restful environment, while individual heat control allows you to adjust the temperature to your comfort. Reliable Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and convenient USB charging ports in the bedside tables make charging your devices easy. You’ll also have shared access to the kitchen, living room, and bathroom in this welcoming, ground-floor suite, which overlooks a lovely back patio and garden. Kitchen use is welcome between 7am and 9pm, and coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment. On-site coin-operated laundry is available for $2 per wash and $1.50 per dry. My hope is that you’ll settle in, feel at home, and enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay! My large, gentle, affectionate dog is part of the household and will happily greet you with a wagging tail. Smoking is not permitted inside the suite. Smoking is allowed in the backyard/patio area.
