Warm welcome to "PALAKAL RESIDENCY HOME STAY", a Gold classified Homestay by Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala. We are very happy to offer our own home as your own Home in Cochin Kerala India. Our House is near the back waters of Cochin south. A Kerala style bungalow with Garden in front. All four Rooms are Air conditioned and attached bath, with private lock and key. One Drawing room with TV and Sofa sets, Sit out with Swing, Kitchen with Dinning in 1st floor is as Common to all Guests Entrance from outside. Me and My Wife Lissy live in the Ground floor & our only son is in Australia. Free Wifi is available round the clock.
