Welcome to my cozy 3-bedroom apartment in Shanghai — about 130 sqm of chill, clean, minimalist comfort. The decoration is all new and simple, with soft lights and wooden floors. Thanks to the building’s structure, there’s no next door neighbour, so it’s peaceful even by such a big city standards;) The bathroom is newly renovated with a big shower and a Japanese-style smart toilet seat. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: oven, fire stove, fridge, and yes, a coffee machine with free coffee (I’m Italian, so caffeine and carbs are part of the deal). Sometimes I bake pizza or bread — if you’re around, it's yours too! There’s also a small studio room with some home gym equipment, perfect for a quick morning workout before exploring the city. You’ll have free Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and full access to the living room — bright, modern, and designed for good vibes only. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, literally next to Metro Line 14, which gets you downtown in about 10 minutes. So you get the best of both worlds: peaceful nights and easy access to the fun parts of Shanghai. Oh, and one more thing — there’s a small, very friendly, fluffy white cat at home.
