My home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood east of the famous Strip and I can't wait for you to enjoy it! No "locals" to book without prescreening! All guests must be accounted for in the reservation, 15 minutes to the Strip. The bus stop is close (5 minute walk) and direct to the Strip (Fremont Street Experience too)! No children or pets, I have my own! If you don't like/are scared of dogs do not book here- there are dogs! You’ll enjoy my relaxing back yard. Pool is not heated and is best May-Oct.. I look forward to hosting you!

House rulesCheck in is after 3pm, checkout is 12pm. The quiet hours in my home are 11p-8a please do not shower, cook, play music or talk loudly during those hours so everyone can sleep.

- Payment Method:
- Please note that we require our guests to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the stay amount in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to ) We accept Paypal and Zelle.
- Cancellation Policy:
- We ask our guests to give us at least 10 day notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
- Rules:
- 1) No overnight guests other than those on the booking.
- 2) Clean up after yourself.
- 3) Be respectful of your noise level as host lives onsite.
- 4) Guests must be travelers/tourists. If you are a local I need to have a conversation with you before I will approve your stay.
- 5) Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate pets.
- With advanced notice I can get you to/from the airport if my schedule allows. The cost is $20 cash.
