Private Room in a residential home. Shared Bathroom. Non-smoking. The room has a separate entrance with keyless entry. Free parking available on site. I am located in Crescent Hill/Clifton area in a quiet neighbourhood. Short drive from St. Matthews, Frankfort and the Highlands. Great for REMOTE work: 1gb fiber wifi with dedicated workspace. A background check is required. A link will be sent to guest to complete once booked. I only take electronic forms of payment via Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Payment is due before guest’s arrival. Payment is due 24 hours after booking. Guest will receive check in and check out instructions 48 hours before check in date. Guest will also receive and acknowledge a copy of the house rules.
