We enjoy meeting people from different cultures and providing a comfortable, welcoming place to live. Our home is about a 10-minute walk (650 metres) from Bus Route 8, which provides direct service with no transfers to UBC Okanagan, Okanagan College, and Kelowna General Hospital. All three destinations can be reached in under 30 minutes, including walking time. Shopping centres, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, banks, and other daily conveniences are all within walking distance, making everyday life easy and providing convenient access to part-time employment opportunities. We offer two clean, fully furnished private bedrooms, shared bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, air conditioning, a garden, and free parking. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, and common living spaces while respecting shared household rules. Our home provides a quiet and supportive environment that is ideal for long-term students, nursing students, healthcare professionals, and anyone looking for a stable and comfortable place to stay.
