Quiet Highgate penthouse room

I'm a 47-year-old Londoner (Muswell Hill-born and raised) who spent ten years living in China and Myanmar before coming home — happy to swap travel stories! I live alone in the flat, with my partner here a few times a week, so guests get real privacy alongside a proper hosted stay. Your room is a spacious penthouse space adaptable for one or two guests, with its own private bathroom, towels and toiletries provided. The bed is set up as a single but expands easily into a double. A desk and lovely views make it a comfortable spot to work from too. You're welcome to the living room and kitchen (tea/coffee, cold meals, fridge, washing machine), plus free use of the all-round balcony — lovely for morning coffee. No cooking, please, and I'd appreciate a bit of quiet indoors, but otherwise make yourself at home. I work from home most days, so I'm usually around to help with anything — from local tips to just company if you fancy a chat. Eight-minute walk from Highgate tube (Northern Line). Full disabled access from street level. Free private car parking on site. Well-behaved guest pets fine with prior confirmation.
