An active retired couple, fluent in English, German, and Russian, we would be delighted to make your stay in Paris enjoyable and to help you with any requests. A quiet, 11 m² room in a 105 m² apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a building on a pedestrian walkway, ideally located (3 minutes from the Buttes-Chaumont park, 5 minutes from the picturesque Rue de Belleville, and close to two metro stations). Double bed (140x190 cm). Baby cot available. Private bathroom. Toilet. Breakfast included or without, as you prefer. Small balconies. Nightly rate varies depending on the number of people: €60 for one person and €70 for two. This rate does not include the city tax, which is payable upon arrival and is set by the City of Paris (€2.60 per person per night in 2026).
