House rulesThis is a strictly no smoking home. When entering the house, please remove shoes and do not wear them anywhere in the home.
- This is a strictly no smoking home. When entering the house, please remove shoes and do not wear them anywhere in the home.
- No food or drinks in the bedroom.
- No guests allowed at anytime.
- It is kindly requested to maintain the space quiet and peaceful, avoiding any loud noise.
- After a shower or bath, please clean and dry the bathroom, and allow air to circulate.
- Please do not use or consume any of the items present in the house (such as food, condiments, drinks, any edible item; and non edible items, such as toiletries, decorative items, linens, clothing, etc).
- All doors to the premises shall be double-locked, all windows locked, whenever absent from home and at night.
- In the event of losing the set of keys, there is a cost of £150.00.
- Deposit of £30.00 for the keys, returnable on last day of stay.
- For long-stays there is a deposit of 30 days. The sum of 30 days deposit is to be returnable at the end of stay, less any reasonable amount deducted to pay for damages, if any, and any consequent necessary repairs, and cleaning.
- There will be a professional cleaning charge of £40.00 at the end of stay.
