Quite Room - friendly family

We have a room available in our home. The room would suit someone looking for a quiet and stable place to live. The property is located about 1 km from Edens Landing train station and within walking distance to a bus stop, making it convenient for transport. The bathrooms have been recently renovated. You will have your own bathroom, although if we take on another tenant in the future, the bathroom may become shared. A little about us: we’re a couple who have recently moved from the Gold Coast. One of us works as a nurse and the other works as a land care specialist and digital marketer. We both hold Blue Cards and we are approved homestay hosts. We have two friendly dogs (mini and toy poodles) who warm up quickly to new people, and an indoor cat that stays inside at all times. There are also chickens in a run in the backyard. The home sits on a large 700+ sqm block and is in a quiet area near a reserve, so mornings usually come with birdsong rather than traffic. We are friendly and happy to share a meal occasionally, but we also respect privacy. To keep the home peaceful, tenants are not permitted to have visitors at the property. We are looking for someone who is financially stable, considerate, and clean. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to get in touch. We prefer a female housemate.
