I live in a spacious 4 bedroom home. I have 4 rooms that can be utilized by students. My home is located in Scarborough, near U Of T Scarborough and Centennial College. I have noticed a shortage of residences for students especially. But I have had wonderful guests that were not students. I have a dog. His name is Benny. He is a Labrador Retriever. Very friendly. I have also recently adopted a cat. Her name is Allie. So I hope you love animals as much as I do. There is a living room with a 55" T.V., a moderate-sized backyard overlooking a ravine. I myself only speak English. I enjoy sewing, crafts, reading, watching documentaries. I work from home during the week. I can prepare meals if necessary.

- Cooking is available for long stays (more than a week). The stove, countertops and dishes must be cleaned and put away after cooking. Also, please let me know if you need a parking spot. I have only one available.
- Pets are welcome but I insist on a $50.00 fee upfront. It can be added to the Homestay price upon check -in. This is a must as I have had tenants that didn't tend to their pet appropriately. I'm the one dealing with the mess after the guest leaves. This extra fee will hopefully cover the damages. I will also need a list of vaccinations for your pet as well. This can be emailed to me after you've finalized the booking with Homestay. Thanks for your understanding.
