We have a beautiful 13.5-acre country property in Corralitos with open pasture, cows and horses, a beautiful garden, and a peaceful setting. We are looking for a mature, responsible, trustworthy person who would enjoy a quiet country lifestyle and help provide companionship and care for our two wonderful German Shepherds. This is not a typical roommate situation. We are looking for someone who appreciates a calm, low-traffic home environment and takes pride in caring for the space they live in. The arrangement includes: • A private bedroom and bathroom • Use of the kitchen and family room • A beautiful country setting with gardens, acreage, and peaceful outdoor space • The opportunity to live alongside two loving German Shepherds • A reduced rental rate in exchange for light care responsibilities Responsibilities would include: • Feeding and letting the dogs out as needed • Providing companionship and care for them • Watering plants and helping keep an eye on the property • Maintaining a clean, respectful living environment We are looking for someone who: • Loves animals and is comfortable with large dogs • Is clean, dependable, and responsible • Enjoys a quiet lifestyle with minimal visitors and a peaceful home environment • Is drug-free, non-smoking, and values a safe and respectful household • Understands and respects clear boundaries within a shared home This would be a wonderful fit for someone who works remotely, is retired, is in a quieter season of life, or simply wants to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of country living. Our home is very special to us, and finding the right fit is much more important than simply filling a room. We are looking for someone who will treat our home, animals, and property with the same care and respect they would give their own. Serious inquiries only. References, an interview, and a background check will be required.
