The bedroom has a 1.50 x 1.80 m bed with a large window overlooking a private, quiet green garden, a desk, a fan, a smart TV, and a clothesline. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared. The apartment is very well located; you can walk to the beach or the city center in 15 minutes. The Sagrada Familia, Monumental, and Arc de Triomf metro stations are close to the apartment. The Passeig de Gràcia train station and the Estació del Nord bus station are also nearby. The neighborhood has a pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, etc., nearby. Safe and quiet.

- Regarding cleanliness, this is one of our top priorities. Throughout our experience as hosts, we have consistently received positive feedback in this area. Currently, we are carrying out the recommended disinfection procedures in our home (complete disinfection of common areas, the private space – bedroom – upon arrival and departure of new guests, disinfection of linens, towels, etc.). We also have a professional cleaner who works several times a week at no additional cost to our guests.
