(Your Kitchen, Bathroom and Living space is shared only with the house guests that may be staying during your duration of stay) We are a young family with children, so you may occasionally hear the normal sounds of family life. My two kids are 11 &10. We live in a beautiful, quiet, family neighborhood in South Burnaby. We are surrounded by trees with a short 5-8 min walk to the 22nd Street Skytrain station. Bus stop in front of the house. We are just about 20 min away from downtown Vancouver by Skytrain. Less then 10 min from the largest Mall in British Columbia by Skytrain. We are looking to host only respectful Students or Adults.

- Check-in: 11am-10pm / Check-out: 8am-11pm
- (if outside these times an additional fee may apply)
- Payment for the stay must be paid on the day of arrival or before arrival
- via E-Transfer or Cash.
- Upon arrival, you will receive the Wi-Fi password, your own set of towels and a run-down of the house rules listed. A walk through and cleaning expectations of your space.
- All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves daily.
- Cleaning supplies and a vacuum will be provided.
- We take a $250 CAD damage deposit for long tern stays (3+ months)
- For shorter stays we take a $100 CAD damage deposit (1-3 months).
- We will do a walk through at check out and if there are no incidentals, you will receive your whole deposit back on check-out day when keys are returned.
- On check-out day, please strip the bedding and leave it on top of the bed, I will wash all the bedding when you have checked out.
