Room with a view

READ: Hello, my name is C Madison. I live in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment in a very safe neighborhood. The room is exclusively rented for one person, and guests are not allowed to stay in the same room or apartment at any time. The room is well-furnished and comfortable, with a beautiful view of New York City. I am fluent in Spanish and am located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from numerous restaurants, bars, and stores. McDonald’s is open 24 hours, and a supermarket closes at 10:00 PM. This neighborhood is very expensive to lived because I am across from New York City, and everything is close by. Restaurants offer discounts during Lunch hours.. My building has a doorman and a laundry room, and street parking is available. There’s also a city-run parking garage nearby. The W Hotel is just a 2-minute walk away. The Green Room is available from September to December 20 or any school days, and is only for students. This is an ideal location for students attending Steven’s Institute of Technology, Saint’s Peter’s Prep, Pace University, or any university in Manhattan, as well as those studying English. The minimum stay is three months. Trains to Wall St. Takes 15 minutes and to midtown manhattan 20 minutes or you can take the Ferry. I prefer guests NOT working remotely from home OR being home full time. I look forward to meeting you and hope you have a pleasant stay. Please note that the KITCHEN IS NOT AVAILABLE AT ANYTIME, only the microwave is available, If you agree to the terms and conditions, then the room is available for you. I M NOT AVAILABLE during the summer FROM JUNE - AUGUST. I am only available from September- December 20 during the calendar year. I travelled during the summer months.
