Rooms in private homes for students

We offer two bedrooms in a beautiful 1938 manor house, located in the hills above Saint-Étienne, in a peaceful and green setting. The house offers nearly 200 m² of living space spread over three levels, as well as a large, wooded garden of 1,200 m². The spacious rooms, herringbone parquet floors, and welcoming living areas are what make this family home so charming. Students have access to the house's common areas (kitchen, dining room, garden, etc.) in an environment conducive to study and cultural exchange. The location is ideal: both quiet and close to the city center, public transportation, higher education institutions, and everyday amenities. This option is particularly suitable for international students, interns, or exchange students who wish to benefit from a welcoming, family-like environment during their stay in Saint-Étienne.
