- Smoking is not permitted inside the house or bedrooms, but guests may smoke outdoors on the terrace. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and early morning.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please ask us before inviting visitors to the property. Guests are expected to keep their bedroom, terrace and shared areas tidy and to take reasonable care of the furniture and equipment.
- The shared bathroom should be left clean after use for the comfort of everyone. Kitchen and laundry facilities may be used by prior arrangement with the host.
