- We do charge full amount on your arrival.
- Luggage has to be carried on your own. Rooms are in the third floor. Comfortable stairway.
- Smoking is allowed only in the roof top. Not allowed in rooms.
- Whenever you go out, keep your room locked, and keep all air-condition, fan and lights off.
- Outsiders are not allowed into your rooms.
- Only one or two people can stay in a room.
- Extras pay then and there. We have exclusive menu for its guests at convenient price.
- Payments should be done in cash by US$ and the balance will be paid in local currency only.
- Any losses to the property you are liable to pay (example: damaging a glass, losing room key, etc).
- Do not stain the linen.
