Self Sufficient Farm Stay

A humble room with a queen-sized bed, comfortably fits two and is located at kampung (village). It's suitable for someone who wish to experience farm life and getaway from the busy city life. We are farmers who are practicing in regenerative farming, and willing to share our experience with you. Cooking with ingredients from farm is our passion. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be prepared and served by us. Our house is located at a kampung (village) at Seberatng Perai Utara, Penang, which is about an hour away from Georgetown. We wish to provide our guests with the experience of simple and sustainable lifestyle. Your room is around 120sqft with a queen-sized bed. So it is suitable for 2 persons. Both AC and fan are available in the room. You will be staying with the hosts, which is me and my wife. And we know English and Chinese, so communication shouldn't be any problem. In terms of interaction, we wish to interact more with our guests, and share more of our stories to you if you are interested. If you prefer to stay quiet and have your own time, just let us know and we will talk less. You are welcomed to work with us in the farm as well (planting, harvesting, fruit picking, weeding, fertilizing, pruning, composting...). We will cook at home most of the time and prefer to use ingredients from farm. Sometimes we will dine out when we lazy to cook. There are some good and authentic Malay cuisine nearby our house. --BOOKING-- Q - How many people can stay in this listing? A - Maximum of 2pax. A - Our check-in time is from 2pm to 10pm. Q - Can I check-in early? A - If there are no other guests check-out on the day you check-in, then you can check-in earlier than 2pm. Q - What is your check-out time? A - Our check-out time is 12pm. Q - Can I check-out late? A - No. We are strict on the check-out time. --HOUSE-- Q - Do I have the whole house? A - No, you will have your own private room. And you will share the dining and living area and bathroom with us. Q - Do you have pets? Is pet allowed in the property? A - Yes, we do have a farm cat and some chickens. And we do not allow pet in the property. Q - Do you have a rule like silent hour? A - Yes, the silent hour is 11pm to 7am.
