We are a working couple with a 12 year old son, two young cats, and a rabbit who the cats think is a funny looking cat. Our home is a 2 story home with a basement studio in Bernal Heights in San Francisco. Your Studio can have a king bed or two single beds, has a private basement entrance, exclusive bathroom with a large rain shower, and a cozy bamboo patio just outside your window. The studio stays very cool and is in a very quiet part of town, though you will hear footsteps overhead from time to time and the occasional cat chasing a rabbit. (or visa versa). Street parking in the neighborhood is free. We have a lot of stairs down to the studio, so please be aware it can be difficult for travelers with disabilities.
