House rules1. Guest can smoke outside on balcony via kitchen.. it has a chair outside as well.

- Once guests arrive on first day they are to first expected to transfer funds upon arrival.
- If guests don't agree before they arrive then we cannot continue.
- Please no excuses.
- 2.Please nobody else is permitted to be here other than yourself (no surprises) if this rule is broken I would see as red flag.
- 3. Balcony door and Front main door should be locked at all times.
- Front door has to be locked when going out and locked from inside when coming in.
- 4.Kitchen should NOT be used as a bathroom (brushing teeth & face)
- 5. If you supported Lindsey Clancy I cannot accept you as a guest..I wouldn't feel safe at all in my own home.
