Deferring Studies

• If you have deferred your studies, please contact the team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.

Cooling Off Period

• A 24-hour cooling-off period is provided.
• Students may cancel their agreement unconditionally within 24 hours after making the payment.

No Visa No Pay

• Available for first-time applicants who have not yet moved in.
• If the student's Singapore student visa application is rejected by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), the student may apply for unconditional termination of the tenancy agreement.
• The visa rejection letter must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the result.
