Slow down in rural japan

Hello, my name is Sayoko. I live in Japan with my family, and we enjoy welcoming guests from different countries and sharing cultural experiences. I especially love food and cooking. We have two junior high school kids. As they are usually busy with school and activities, guests may not have many chances to meet them. We also have a Shiba Inu who is a beloved member of our family. You are welcome to join me in daily activities such as grocery shopping, which is a great way to experience everyday life in Japan. I also grow vegetables in our garden, so you may enjoy fresh seasonal produce during your stay. We provide a light Japanese-style breakfast every morning, which is included in the accommodation fee. Guests are also welcome to use the kitchen, and if you like, I can teach you how to cook Japanese dishes. We respect your privacy, but we are always happy to help or chat when needed. As we do not speak English fluently, we may use translation tools when necessary. Payment is cash only and will be collected after your arrival. We do not use the calendar booking system, so please send me a message to check availability. Even if you do not speak Japanese, please don’t worry. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested. I can also pick you up at Matsusaka Station. The room is available for up to two guests. If you would like to stay with more people, the room may feel a bit small, but please feel free to ask. Important Notice: Price Revision from December Due to rising prices, our homestay rates will be updated starting December. Please note that the new rates will apply to any stays in December, even for bookings made in October or November.
