Some extra bucks for CSR causes

The 2bhk flat is located at the prime location, just 1km from famous Hotel Chains, Haytt, IBIS, Four points by Sheraton etc... It is fully furnished with all facilities internally. I occupy one of the rooms. The second bedroom is available with queen size bed for the guests. It ensures the guests all privacy and silence they look for. I want to utilize the revenue for worthwhile CSR causes. Thus just thought of utilizing the unused bedroom to find finance the philanthropy activities that i do. So i expect really good people with good heart and clean intention to be my guests. Well. If you are looking at a educated host with a really neat house, you are welcome. And i am very particular about clean and tidy guests who are with clean habits. So now you take your call. Happy and a memorable stay with me.
