I live in a lovely,modern three bedroom house with a beautiful garden. You will have a large bedroom with double wardrobe,desk and shared bathroom. We have now a smaller bedroom available with single bed.You will have your desk with lamp. Shelving and chest of drawers. It is newly decorated and very cosy and comfortable. Added to this,there is a sitting room made available to guests. There is a also a spacious kitchen and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is situated close to shops and buses in Waterford at walking distance to the Setu university and close to city centre. My family consists of my daughter and my two grandchildren who live locally.
