House rulesHello and welcome! Firstly, I want to make sure that prospective guests realize that I am a live-in host. Secondly, I still believe in being as safe as possible concerning the health of my guests, my house, and me. As such, I do need guests to show proof of covid vaccination. Also importantly, while families are welcome, my home is most definitely not child-proofed!

Secondly, I still believe in being as safe as possible concerning the health of my guests, my house, and me. As such, I do need guests to show proof of covid vaccination. Also importantly, while families are welcome, my home is most definitely not child-proofed!
- Any children would have to be closely monitored at all times. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house. Please smoke outside on the patio and pick up after yourself. Be sure to lock the doors and pull them tight whenever you leave the house. Please also remember to turn off lights before leaving or going to bed. Please let me know if the house temp is too hot or cold. I will be glad to adjust it for you. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after. Please remove your shoes at the front door. I have slippers for you!! If you want to invite a friend over, please ask me in advance. They must also provide proof of vaccination. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you enjoy your stay!
