We offer a cozy, quiet space with reliable Wi-Fi so you can feel comfortable and focused on your studies. We also have a friendly pet at home, so we’d love to host someone who enjoys being around animals We look forward to welcoming friendly students who value a positive and harmonious living environment. If you’re beginning your academic journey in Singapore and searching for a warm, convenient place to stay, Sagewood Homestay would be delighted to host you! We accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal for your convenience. Please note that a security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total booking fee will be collected upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to the condition of the room and adherence to the house rules.
