Security Deposit

• A security deposit of €1,110 is required.
• €110 of the €1,110 amount is allocated to final cleaning.

Pay In Instalment

• Rent must be paid monthly in advance.
• The first month’s rent must be paid by bank transfer before moving in.
• Rent must be paid on time by the first of each month.

Mode Of Payment

• SEPA direct debit is preferred whenever possible.
• Bank transfer is accepted.
• International wire transfer is accepted.

Guarantor Requirement

• A guarantor's minimum annual income is €36,000.
• Third-party guarantees from a German bank or insurance company are accepted.

Additional Fees

• Final cleaning fee: €110 including VAT.
• The final cleaning fee covers thorough cleaning of the apartment after departure.
• Disposal of items left behind that are unsuitable for general waste is charged separately.
• Tourism tax: €2 per night per person, provided that neither a primary nor secondary residence is registered in studiomuc and proof is submitted to the reservation team by email.
• Underground parking: €150 per month.

Other cancellation policies

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• Cancellation is only possible if the stay has not yet started and the apartment has not yet been handed over.
• Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival incurs a fee of 50% of the monthly rental price.
• Cancellation from 14 days before arrival incurs a fee of 100% of the monthly rental price.
• The rental agreement states that both parties may withdraw without giving a reason up to a maximum of one month before the start of the rental period.
• If the user withdraws no later than two weeks before the start of the usage period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the gross monthly usage fee applies.
• If the user withdraws between 13 and 1 day before the start of the usage period, a cancellation fee of 100% of the gross monthly usage fee applies.
• Conditional cancellation is not possible.
