Welcome to our Caribbean Beach home. Simple Friendly Place Safe chill environment. 10 min walk to train/bus station.,Must be 2 months or more.Tucked away from downtown Quiet neighborhood 4 mins from the 401 Train/bus station 12 min walk 3 city buses outside 24 hr convenience store Asian food sub shop gas station at corner. Close enough to get anywhere. I am here to help and you can do your thing. Special stays avail upon request. Enjoy our rooms Relaxing decor, Ceiling fan, Unlimited wifi, desk, linens or use your own,bamboo floors heat & hydro included. Guest access 2nd floor shared bathroom, Living room/kitchen backyard Your own fridge with essentials n dishes Laundry in downstairs unit 2 loads wk Other things to note Shoes off at front door We burn Sage and Sandalwood occasionally to keep the positive energy flowing Friendly cat Indoor only, sports nights most weekends on Sat or Sun afternoons Late arrival fee 10.00 unless we are contacted We have a no filter open minded household and sometimes chat about controversial subjects and have a warped sense of humor. Lights left on all time extra $ charged Renos will be ongoing on the main floor & kitchen for the next few months We live on the premises as well. You will be asked to read house info and confirm before a booking has been accepted.

- ALL FOOD OR DRINKS MUST BE STORED AND CONSUMED IN KITCHEN OR LIVING ROOM.WATER IS ALLOWED IN YOUR ROOM.
- Shared Bathroom 2nd floor: Shower curtain must be inside tub when in use. Purchasing of toilet paper will be shared among all people in home. It will rotate monthly.
- Garbage/ Recycling: RINSE ALL CANS, GLASS & PLASTIC BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN DESIGNATED BUCKET.FLATTEN ALL BOXES BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN PROPER CONTAINER. Buckets are inside convenience. Garbage out in front of the house on THURS NIGHTS except for when there is a holiday. There is only 1 garbage bag per week due to our city bylaws. Excessive garbage $ be charged
- Energy Usage: Curtains stay open in day to allow sun to warm room. Heat is on window is closed. Lights being left on extra $ charged.. if it is daytime lights stay off we use natural sunlight to brighten the room.
- Noise/Doors: Please DO NOT SLAM DOORS. TURN the HANDLE or you will break the door. Quiet time is 11 pm on week days. Special events MAY HAPPEN ON WEEKENDS this will cause more noise than usual. When using the kitchen late at night or early in morning pls try to keep noise to a minimum.
- Cat Senorita is very friendly DO NOT FEED HER, or LEAVE YOUR FOOD BY ITSELF AT ANYTIME OR SHE WILL MAKE IT DISAPPEAR Hide it in microwave or oven. She is not allowed outside. Keep SCREEN DOOR CLOSED at all times. If she GETS OUT YOU WILL need to BRING HER INSIDE THE HOUSE. She has access to the whole house. If you do not want her in your room just keep the door closed.
- SMOKING/ WEED:
- YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 IF DONE IN THE ROOM. AFTER THE FIRST WARNING YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE OUT. NO MONEY REFUNDED..
- ALCOHOL: You are more than welcome to drink if you become aggressive or out of control you will be asked to leave the house for a period of time. If this persists you will be required to move with no notice & no money will be refunded.
- Visitors: Must be APPROVED and YOU ARE responsible for their actions and any damages or theft that may occur.
- If we are away there will be an assigned host to take our place. They will be responsible to be in home while we are away and you must follow there directions. My contact info will be avail to you.
