Terracota House is the ideal destination for groups of friends or families wishing to book a spacious and comfortable room on a 2nd Level, with flexible capacity up to 5 people, located specifically in the Historic District of the City just 20 meters from Plaza Santa Ana, important to mention as a reference the "Factoria Santa Ana" Craft Factory, rich in what this building encloses. Our House offers the Client a room service consisting of 4 beds, of which 1 Double and 3 single with a total capacity of up to 5 people, with comfortable and safe lockers (Safe Box). It also has a Mini-Bar and Personalized Cocktail service. Adding to this spacious bathroom, which has a supply of Cold Water (ATA) and Hot (AK) permanently, including this necessary for personal hygiene, such as; (soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper). Fanny works as Carpetera in one of the Tourist Destinations Hotel Brisas Trinidad del Mar, Iván by profession bartender is also a taxi driver and provides trips to tourist destinations in the city in a CLASSIC car.
