Security Deposit

• €279 one-time service fee, non-refundable but transferable to a future booking. Payable at the time of booking. For booking processing, administrational work and customer support.

Booking Deposit

• 1 times the monthly rent, billed at check-in, then monthly in advance.

Additional Fees

• Optional extras:
• Fixed Coworking Desk: from 149 EUR per month depending on contract length (general coworking access is already included in rent)
• Parking: €175 per month
• Second resident in the same apartment: 220 EUR per month
• Standard parking 20 EUR per day or 175 EUR per month, subject to limited availability.

Pay In Instalment

• Monthly rent billed on check-in, then monthly thereafter

• Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, SEPA

Cooling Off Period

• A cancellation 31 or more days before the start date is free of charge.
• - Changes are also possible, in case of shortening to 2 months or less the rate changes, minimum stay 1 month.
• - If you cancel 30 days or less before the start date, 90% of the first month's rent will be charged.
• - Changes are possible, if the stay is shortened to 2 months or less, the rate changes, minimum stay 1 month.
• From start date changes are possible as follows:
• - For 1-2 month stays: no changes possible.
• - For 3 month stays: 31 days to the end of a month.
• - For 4-6 month stays: 61 days to the end of a month.
• - If you move out before the end of the contract, 90% of the remaining monthly rent(s) will be charged in the form of a cancellation fee. Payable before moving out.

Early termination by students

• Stays of 1–2 months: no changes possible. Stays of 3 months: 31 days' notice to the end of the month. Stays of 4–6 months: 61 days' notice to the end of the month. If you leave early, 90% of the remaining monthly rents will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.
