Booking Deposit

• A booking deposit equal to one week's rent is required.
• The deposit is credited against the first rental invoice.

Security Deposit

• No security deposit is required.

Pay In Instalment

• Full payment, quarterly payment, and monthly payment options are available.
• Advance rent discounts:
• 1x in advance: 4% discount.
• 3x per year in advance: 2% discount.
• 10x per year in advance: 0% discount.
• Due dates:
• 1x and 3x payment plans: September, January, and May.
• 10x payment plan: September to June.

Mode Of Payment

• Credit card.
• Debit card.
• Bank transfer.

Guarantor Requirement

• A domestic guarantor is required.
• An international guarantor must have a searchable web presence on Google.
• HousingHand is accepted as a third-party guarantor.
• Passport is required as a guarantor document.

Cooling Off Period

• A 1-week cooling-off period is available.

No Visa No Pay

• If the student does not obtain a visa, they do not need to pay and a full refund is issued.

No Place No Pay

• If the student does not have a place, they do not need to pay and a full refund is issued.

University Course Cancellation/Modification

• If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

• If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

Deferring Studies

• If you have deferred your studies, please contact the team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.
