A large private terrace approx. 80 sqm with open views to modern Havana is at your disposal to relax and enjoy. SITUATION The apartment has a great location in a nice residential area.Situated in the center, friendly and dynamic Vedado neighborhood of Havana, 5 minutes 'walk from Malecon (famous seaside promenade Havana's) and 10 minutes' walk from Calle 23 / La Rampa, heart of modern Havana, and Surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes, hotels and theaters.
