Welcome to Uvita de Osa. This area is full of natural beauty, warm beaches, rain forest, rivers & friendly locals and foreigners that decided to make this place home. The property is located in a friendly neiborhood, walking distance to the National Park Marino Ballena Beaches, Local bus stop, Restaurants and Supermarkets, no 4x4 needed. Even it's in a neighborhood it has a very junglely feeling with tropical flowers and almond sea trees. Scarlet macaws and hummingbirds visit often the yard. This is a Local Neighborhood with a combination of Nature and the regular noise from a Costa Rican neighborhood. The Tiny Home has a comfortable Costarican double bed, pillows, lining, towels, closet, A/C in the Room, windows and doors with mostiquito screens, small table and seating area. No TV - sorry- Separated from the room you will have small ourdoor kitchen with small fridge with freezer, gas stove, utencils, on a balcony style with fans and a hammock. The bathroom has a view to the garden and there is hot water in the shower - not water in the bathroon sink. Outdoor table with 4 chairs, hammock, couch for 2 and nice garden that sorround the whole tinyhome. Costarican laundry mat available and hanging lines. - Please ask for instructions of how to use it. The tiny home it is a 2 story. The second floor is a separed rental. It has a private entrance and both each have their own complete private space. - YOU ARE APPLYING FOR THE UPPER LEVEL- The share areas bwt the 2 rentals are: The entrance Gate, Walking gate and car gate Outdoor Shower Parking space- Cars do not block eachothers. Tinypool ( sometimes I have a tiny pool set in the entry garden)
