Your hosts live in the house next door. 24-hour security and assistance, excellent cleaning and attention. Spacious, airy rooms with all the comforts. Five rooms (2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor), 6 bathrooms, 3 terraces (1 on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor), living room with sea view and kitchen. The price includes change of sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning of the entire house and its outdoor areas. Breakfast and dinner are offered at affordable prices, but you have all the conditions created to prepare your own food. The house is rented in full regardless of the number of rooms you reserve.

- Please read, before making any payment or settling into the house; as we consider it necessary to propose certain rules of coexistence, in order to achieve a respectful and happy stay.
- - An Administrator and a custodian are maintained 24 hours a day; which you can access using; The indicated bell.
- - Upon arrival at the house it is mandatory to show your identification document, including that of the children.
- - The house will be delivered to you upon arrival and will be received at the end of your stay; any deterioration, loss or breakage due to misuse will be charged. Upon arrival, you must have made or executed the payment of the full rent, plus the deposit of the security deposit of 150 usd or its equivalent in MN at the exchange rate, which will be returned at the end of your stay.
- - Please do not manipulate, change, or modify any object or equipment in the house for any reason; ask.
- - The entry and stay of minors is prohibited, in the house and its spaces including the pool, without their legal guardians; failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the rent without refund of any payment.
- - Street vendors or neighbors with these purposes are not allowed inside the house. Political and religious affiliations of both parties will be respected, so demonstrations in this regard are not allowed. The entry and possession of animals is prohibited. Smoking must be allowed in open spaces and areas; NEVER inside the house; if this premise is not complied with, the house will be forced to withdraw 100% of the deposit. Take care of our beaches and dunes; Enjoy them, do not damage them.
- - The possession of weapons, objects or substances of any kind, prohibited or not, that put life at risk is not allowed.
- - You must be careful with the keys; if they are broken or lost, they will be changed in full and will be paid for by the guests.
