On the top floor you can choose the Menta room attached to an independent kitchen with a balcony that accesses 7th avenue. You can choose it with kitchen option or not. On the ground floor there are two rooms that share a bathroom, one with a personal bed and the other with a double bed. It has access to a terrace with a plunge pool in the middle of a beautiful banana plantation, it has access to the main kitchen of the house. The old basement of the house was adapted for a very spacious room, the Loft in Pallets, with two double beds and a separate Korean-style bathroom. All rooms have minibars. Each area is independent and has its own terrace, but it can be integrated into the whole house and make use of all the terraces and lounges at an additional cost to be agreed according to the required area. Depending on the stay, the total cleaning cost will be agreed for 24-hour service. If you want to rent the entire house, we can accommodate you after negotiation. If you only pay per room, you will only have access to the outdoor area, balcony or terrace closest to your room. All our terraces and the balcony are independent, private and spacious!
