Very nice furnished room in a nice and clean townhouse. Ideal for students. Ii live very close to the Amazon offices in case you work there. I live 20 minutes walking to the Pitt Meadows airport. Ten minutes away from the bus stop. Ten minutes drive to the two major groceries store. Two blocks away from a nice park. Close to 7 eleven and restaurants. Kitchen fully equipped. Friendly and safe environment. Share bathroom with only one person. I will take students grocery shopping once a week in my car. Patio in the back.900 dollars utilities included. I don’t provide food. Everyone in charge of their own groceries and cooking.

- Payment Details;
- The damage deposit which is half of a moth will be collected two weeks before you arrived. Refundable if not damage to property and your room and bathroom is clean.
- The rent will be pay the first day of the week. Cancelations:
- The payment is non refundable if you decide to shorten your stay.
- Garbage collection:
- The bins are in the garage.i will let you know how to do it. Everyone in charge of their own recycling.
- Garbage day is on Friday mornings. I collect the garbage on Thursday early night so please bring your garbage down the latest Thursday around 5:00 pm.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs:
- No smoking, drugs, excess alcohol in the house premises
- No parties only a few friends at the time.

- Everybody cooks their own food and cleans their own dishes and pots and pans after you cook.
