We have a 2 bedroom house semi-detached in Ilford,zone 4,3 stops by train from Stratford. We are a family of 5:3 adults, 2 girls aged 12 and 10 and a 7 year old baby boy. The room we offer has 2 single beds as bunk beds and is spacious. In the house bedrooms are upstairs,kitchen bathroom and living room downstairs. We are easy going and love to go in the park, spent family time and our garden is perfect too.

- Water usage in UK is funny:if you use it in the kitchen you don't have pressure in the bathroom or at all, and the way around.so shout when yo have a shower if you want to have it hot! Joking but true (we can hear the water running both ways).
- Toilet seat should be pull up when used by a male please.CLEAN your bath and sink after usage please.
- When cooking is advisable to close the door kitchen and if not too cold to open the kitchen door from the garden side.
- CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF! even if its about kitchen, bathroom,after having a bath,the floor etc. (same we do). If you forget once is human,but not always ta.
- please let me know if you are cooking so i can provide separate kitchen pan,fry,plates etc and cutleries. Kitchen equipment can be used with no problem!
- In the bathroom we provide the toilet paper and washing hands soap ONLY. Please bring your OWN towels and toiletries.
- SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE OR IN THE KITCHEN!not in the room please.
- Please note I have flexible check-in and out but please consider and keep em updated about the times,if delays or anything, as i have a life too!thanks
