- CLEANLINESS - you are to leave (kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Hallway, Patio and Shared bathroom) in the same shape you find it, clean. Your room may be kept to your liking and odor free.

- NO FRYING OR DEEP FRYING. Cooking may not be left unattended at all times.
