Welcoming Family Homestay in Limeri

• We are a busy family home and want our guests to feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome during their stay. We simply ask that our home, family and shared spaces are treated with respect.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. We do not allow parties, events or additional overnight guests unless agreed in advance.
• As we have children, we ask guests to be considerate of normal family routines and to keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly late at night and early in the morning.
• We have a friendly dog, so guests should be comfortable around dogs.
• Guests should keep their room and shared areas tidy and clean up after themselves when using communal spaces. Kitchen use can be discussed and agreed depending on the length and type of stay.
• If you expect to arrive home very late, we would appreciate a quick message so that we know you are safe and when to expect you.
• As we are based in a rural area, guests will need to have their own car and be independently mobile during their stay.
• Above all, we want our guests to feel at home and to enjoy staying with us. We just ask for mutual respect, consideration and good communication
