We are a Nicaraguan family with years of experience hosting foreign travelers and students! Our family has changed over the years, but currently we’re three generation of Nicaraguan women: Conny (mom) and Adela (Conny’s daughter) and Sofia (Adela’s daughter). Other relatives live nearby, including Conny’s daughter/Adela’s sister Fernanda her adorable son. We pride ourselves in making guests feel welcome in our home and ensuring they have a good time in León and in Nicaragua. We are happy to help you practice your Spanish (we don't speak English so it will be a full immersion experience!! This page was written with help from a close friend/former visitor, Laura). You will have a private room with 3 beds and a bathroom as well as enjoy our spacious living areas with wifi throughout the home and laundry access. In addition we are happy to provide meals at an extra cost! We look forward to welcoming you into our home in León!! Bienvenidos/bienvenidas!

House rulesWe are very flexible and laid back. We want you to feel like you are at home and part of the family! Smoking is allowed outside, but not inside the house.
- We are very flexible and laid back. We want you to feel like you are at home and part of the family! Smoking is allowed outside, but not inside the house.
- There is no curfew and we will provide you with a key so you may come and go as you wish. However, we do ask you please not bring anyone else home with you for all our safety. The only other rule is to please be aware of your water and electricity use since both are very expensive here. If you need to do more than 1 load of laundry per week we ask for a small fee of $5 to offset the costs.
