Two rooms for rent

The house is located in the San Andrés Condominium, in the city of León (Postal Code 21000), Nicaragua, within a safe and quiet area. The host, who has extensive experience offering homestay accommodations, lives alone in the house. The location is close to the Baseball Stadium, Centenario Park, the Ahorra Más supermarket, convenience stores, and gas stations. Guests can use the common areas: kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor terrace, and patio. Smoking is permitted only on the patio or outside the house; smoking is not allowed inside the bedrooms. The house has two bedrooms (rented separately): one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Each bed is provided with complete bedding, pillow and mattress protectors, sheets, a comforter or blanket, and towels. Toilet paper, soap in the sink, and shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the bathroom are also provided.The rooms have ceiling fans. If an additional fan is required, please request it in advance from the host, who will inform you of the corresponding fee. A light breakfast consisting of coffee and toast or crackers is included. If you would like a more elaborate breakfast, please coordinate this in advance to agree on the cost. Guests will receive the Wi-Fi password, their room key, and the house key. If you are hosting an additional person, please inform the host in advance and pay the corresponding fee (even if they are not staying for the entire house). Guests are free to come and go as they please. If you will be away from the house for more than one day or night, please notify the host to avoid any concerns about your absence. Transportation service can be requested from the host for an additional fee. Guests can be taken to the city center, other cities, the beaches, or the airport or bus terminals. Guests can use the hand-washing area to wash their clothes. If you would like the host to machine wash and return your clothes folded, please request this in advance to learn and approve the fee. If you visit beaches such as Poneloya, Las Peñitas, or others, upon returning you are asked to use the outdoor shower before using the indoor bathroom, only if you have sand on your body or clothes. Guests may bring food and drinks and store them in the refrigerator. Consumption of wine or beer is permitted in the common outdoor areas (terrace or patio) to protect the linens and mattresses. Coffee is brewed in the mornings. If you would like coffee at another time, please coordinate with the host beforehand.
