Room only in shared 3x1.5 home This is basic, sharehouse style accomodation. This is not a business or airbnb... There is a single room and master bedroom available in this home plus if you need more beds or a quick short stay only, the option of a pull-out double couch in the lounge. Master Bedroom beds can be a normal height double or twin or separated to single with 2 low to the ground singles. If you are a family or larger group you can request for both or all 3 options, if they are available. The private single room with drawer storage, cosy lounge chair and bedside table OR private master bedroom (beds can be made into double or twin or single sbd two low kid beds) with a huge built in robe and large window looking out into the front garden in a cosy quiet home. We also have a pull-out double couch in our lounge for short stays only. We have good NBN optical fibre connection available. Nestled in this quiet street is this beautifully maintained 3x1 brick and tile home built in the late 60's with established gardens, it brings back memories when life was simpler. Polished wooden jarrah floors and a newly installed IKEA kitchen with 900mm cooker give you a sense of welcome and warmth as soon as you walk in the door. The City covers an area of 128 square kilometres (49.42 sq mi), a portion of which is state forest rising into the Darling Scarp to the east. It is a short 25 minute drive from our home to the city centre and 20 minute drive or uber from the airport. The bus stop is only a short walk away. Closest to the Seaforth Station on the Armadale train line it make the journey to the city in under an hour including a short 5 min walk to the station, this home is centrally located to school and shopping centres, restaurants, library, post office, parks, public BBQ's, playgrounds, take away places, cafes, etc and Awarded Mary Carol Bird Sanctuary is nearby.
