Cute Victorian terrace in Brighton

Stay with me in my cosy Victorian cottage. Double room for a single person (bathroom mainly for you) in a quiet friendly road in vibrant Brighton. 7 mins walk from Preston Park with its velodrome, cafes, walled garden and Edwardian manor house. I share my home with my cat Nala and my 3 grown children or friends sometimes stay at weekends. I have been sharing my home with visitors for 25 years and have maintained many friendhips from around the world:) I work part time at a university in London but often work from home. I love being outdoors, hiking (and can happily share routes across the South Downs accessible by public transport), swimming, writing poetry, speaking French and reading. My home is only 4 mins by train to centre of Brighton from Preston Park station (5 min walk), 7 min walk to bus stop, 20 minutes walk to the beach, 25 mins walk to centre of Brighton, bus up to the South Downs National Park (5 miles). 20 mins walk to 7 dials or to 5 ways with their independent shops and cafes. I am happy to consider longer stays if it is a Monday to Friday arrangement.
