My house, where I live, is a three-story townhouse, which is far too large for me. I bought it this year and want to renovate and improve it. There is a small, quiet communal pool. For the time being, I can offer a double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, a window overlooking the back patio, and a park. The area is very quiet and has free parking on the street. The town is 20 minutes from Seville, right off the A-49 motorway, and less than an hour from the beach, Huelva, and El Rocío. All basic necessities are readily available: a medical center, supermarket, bars, post office, butcher shop, bakery, etc.

House rulesPets are not allowed inside the house. However, I have a front and back yard in case you want to keep them in one of them. My dog does come into the house because she's house-trained. She does her business outside and doesn't get on the sofa or anything like that. She has lived with many other dogs.
