Hello, my name is María. I'm a 56-year-old woman, calm, respectful, and a lover of animals and nature. I'd love to welcome you to my home: a very bright, quiet, and cozy penthouse apartment, located in the heart of Madrid, in one of the best and most well-connected areas of the city. During your stay, you'll be sharing the apartment only with me and my two little companions: a very calm, clean, and affectionate dog and cat. They spend most of their time on the enormous penthouse terrace, they don't shed, they don't make a mess, and they're barely noticeable. Although you probably won't even realize they're there, it's essential that you like animals. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, both on foot and by public transport. We are very close to the main monuments and places of interest, as well as shops, restaurants, and leisure areas. There is also a train station and a major transport hub connecting to numerous towns and cities in the Madrid area. Just steps away is one of the city's largest and most beautiful parks, with numerous trees, wildlife, and a lovely river. It's the perfect place for a stroll, playing sports, sunbathing, or simply escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. We are also very close to the Temple of Debod, an authentic Egyptian temple and one of Madrid's most special places. From there, you can enjoy some of the best sunsets in the city, in a pleasant and lively setting. I am looking for quiet, respectful, clean guests who love animals.The apartment is a smoke- and alcohol-free space, so smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside. My home is an excellent option for students, travelers, professionals, or anyone who wants to explore Madrid from a central, safe, comfortable, and quiet location, enjoying an authentic, friendly, and welcoming stay.
