I live in a lovely neighbourhood 20mins walk from central Brighton with woods and countryside on the door stop and a good bus services into town and to the university of Brighton and university of sussex. There are an array of local shops, cafes, supermarket, bakery, greengrocer. It’s a safe and family friendly area and we have a communal garden on the street and free parking. The room is a small single room and has everything you need. There is also a double room if you prefer a double bed and more storage. I have a nice garden which you are very welcome to use and enjoy eating alfresco when the English weather allows! Buses run from outside my home to the city centre every 15 mins, and 5 mins up the road they run every 5mins. You can walk to the city centre in 20mins, all down hill. I welcome female house guests in full time education / employment. Towels and bedding provided

- Your laundry is one load a week and you provide the detergent.
- Due to the cost of electricity and water in the U.K. your payment includes one 10 min shower a day.
- If you need more than this we can work out payment.
- Please do not invite strangers into my home; if you would like to invite a friend over please agree it with me in advance.
- Kitchen closes at 9pm.
- Kitchen can be used for one cooked meal a day and can be used for sandwich’s etc and drinks at other times. Meals and drinks to be consumed in dining area not in bedrooms.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm monday to friday.
- Do not put anything on the walls or door of your room. Pins, tape, blue tak white tak etc.
- Non smokers only.
